Sunday, April 30, 2006 Fort Worth Zoo This weekend we went to see Grandpa Chomel and Melody in Fort Worth. We went to the zoo there and had alot of fun! We had to wear our hats though so the sun would not hurt us. They had alot of animals, but we spent quite a bit of time looking at the giraffes because there was a baby giraffe born about 6 weeks ago. Eventually he came out from the back and we got to see him! This was a big giraffe that was bending down to get a drink of water. This roadrunner wasn't afraid of me. I guess it is because he knew there was a piece of glass seperating us. They had a train too that took us to the other side of the zoo where we could eat lunch.
