Monday, October 31, 2005 Happy Halloween! Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma Jenschke took baby sister and me to the Longhorn Halloween! Grandma made me a costume this year: Grandma made baby sister something to wear as well! There were lots of neat games and a fire truck like Uncle Chris' fire truck: I had a really good time: posted by William at 11:16 PM Sunday, October 30, 2005 Hike We went on a hike at McKinney Falls State Park in South Austin. Mommy and Daddy were excited about getting outside because of the cooler fall weather. They brought the backpack carrier for baby sister. I remember when they put me in that thing! Poor baby sister! She looked comfortable though: I took off down the trail, while Mommy and Daddy strolled along. The trail went alonside Onion Creek, where the water is pretty and clear. I still had lots of energy to hike up hills! Then baby sister sacked out! She missed the best part, which was Upper McKinney Falls. There wasn't much of a fall, as we haven't had much rain in the last several months. Then I got really tired and wanted to go back to the car. Mommy and Daddy say I shouldn't have used all of my energy up running ahead of them at the beginning of the trail. I don't see the problem because Daddy can always carry me back to the car....haha! posted by William at 9:26 AM Friday, October 14, 2005 Day Out With Thomas Mommy and Daddy took me to see Thomas the Tank Engine today! Thomas pulled us in passenger cars. Here is Thomas: We found our seats near the back of the passenger car: Railroad cars are BIG: I liked hanging my head out the window, but the conductor came by and told me I had to keep it in the car: Then I found out why! This railroad crossing lights were very close to our window: Back to looking out the window: On the other end of the train from Thomas was a big locomotive that helped Thomas: posted by William at 10:02 PM Wednesday, October 12, 2005 More smiling.... I smile alot now. I like to smile at Daddy when he feeds me cereal.
