Wednesday, February 25, 2004 New Stool Mommy got me a stool at the unfinished furniture store, and Daddy stained it. Now I can wash my hands like I do at school. Well, almost anyway, as the sink at school is closer to the edge of the counter, so I can reach it a lot easier. It was so much fun! There were several kids my age, one girl was born on the same day I was born. Before we went to Jackson's house, I took a nap with my feet hanging out of the crib: Jackson and I wanted to play with his puppy dogs: We got to wear cowboy hats! This morning, Mommy and I read a few books, and for the first time, I was really interested in the books. My cousins came to stay the weekend with us, but before they came we had to clean house. I helped mop the floor: Today we went to Enchanted Rock. It is a really big piece of granite that sticks up out of the ground. Daddy carried me in the backpack. When we got to the top, it was very windy and chilly. I got cold, so we hurried back down. Then I walked on the path back to the car and found a very small, but enchanting rock! The park has a rule that you can't remove any rocks from the park, so Mommy made me leave it behind.
